What do I do if I have a claim?
Call our office, we will take the necessary information to get your claim reported to your insurer. If your claim occurs after hours, you can visit our website to obtain emergency numbers for your insurance company. If you do report your claim directly, please let us know also so that we can monitor the progress of your claim and follow up when necessary. We will intercede on your behalf at any time. When I add autos, property or equipment to my policy, how do I know I really am insured?
We automatically fax or e-mail you a copy of coverage on your account (and ID cards for vehicles). If you make your request via our website you will receive a return email form us confirming your request and coverage.
How do I request evidence of coverage or a certificate of insurance and how long does it take?
Fax or e-mail your request to us. We will send evidence or a certificate by fax or e-mail and mail the original on the same day you contact us. Special requests can be handled on a priority basis.
How easy are you (my agent) to reach?
Call our national toll free number. All calls are returned same day or the next working day and voice mail is an option. You may e-mail or fax our office 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
How do I know that the insurer will be there when I need them?
We represent insurers who are rated secure (A++, A+, A,) by the A.M. Best rating service.
How do I know that my Personal and Business Assets are protected from risks that could destroy or cripple it?
New clients are surveyed for risks that are common for their situation. At least 60 days prior to renewal, we send our clients a review of the existing coverage and we ask about any changes that may be needed, we also, review previous recommendations as well as making new ones.
How do I know that my agent stays up to date on the insurance scene?
All of our employees are enrolled in continuing education programs that require a minimum of 25 hours of training per year.
