Mileage Verification Questions
The California Department of Insurance (DOI) enacted regulation, requiring insurers to validate the miles driven on each insured vehicle. This regulation requires the insurer to contact the customer at least once every three years to verify the estimated annual mileage listed on their vehicle(s). For this reason you will be receiving a mileage form that needs to be completed.
